Dr. Carlos Rojas, DPM

I was a new patient and completed the form online. The wait time was extremely unexpected. Total wait time was under 15 minutes. Unheard off, in today's medical profession. Dr. Rojas was very thorough and took his time. He took a a couple of Xrays to check my toes. To my surprise, he noted that I had had broken toes. He was hesitant to make any recomendations which might prove premature. He recommended me to stay off my foot as much as possible and follow up in 2 wks. I liked the fact he took the precautionary road. His receptionist was very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Dr. Rojas.

Doctor Rojas seemed uninterested and dismissive of my issue and was somewhat arrogant. Found another podiatrist.

I would never go back to him or recommend him to anyone. I have Morton's neuroma and he told me I'd need an MRI to determine where it was. Not true! my previous podiatrist didn't need MRI to tell him where to give the injection (I had to change podiatrists as my former Dr no longer accepts my insurance).

I had the worst experience of my life, it was like a nightmare. His staff does not answer the phone, and when you leave a message in their voicemail they never call back. Horrible treatment from Dr. Rojas, nasty man.

First surgery in my life, I can’t tell you how Thankful and Grateful I am to have Dr. Rojas as my surgeon. Certainly disertes every positive acknowledgement he receives. Excellent Surgeon, even better person. Truly cares and speaks from the heart! Thank You Much Rojas, I’m grateful.

Office staff is very unprofessional. Say they will call in a prescription refill and do not. They say they will call you back and do not. I had to call over 6 days straight to get a simple authorization on a prescription refill. Overall worse experience I have had in any doctor’s office.

the worse experience ever! the Doctor owes me a credit in which they over charge me during my original visit. i been giving the round- around from office staff for close to 2 months now. i confirm with my insurance that they owe me the monies. the secretary keeps telling me the doctor is not in or the check needs to be sign or contact their billing dept the billing dept tells me to contact the office, this is ridiculous! if this doctor operates the way he manages his office GOD help the patient
