Professional staff and doctor. Dr. Saad was outstanding and listened to my concerns and took initiative to find a resolution to my symptoms by referring me to get further exams.

Doctor listened well and provided appropriate instructions and treatment.

New policy at Tustin is to tell the front desk your parking place number. It would be a good idea to send this with the text reminders for this location. Honestly, I was told there were signs all over in the parking lot. Yes there are, and the only part of that sign I read was "patient parking only" ... wlafter that, it is just blah blah blah and I didn't read it. I am a patient, I can park here. Done. Dr Saad is wonderful!

10 stars for dr Saad. I thought I was going to be another number in a big organization but I finally found an amazing doctor who has the passion, heart and dedication to help me find my issues. He was thorough and he care about my health !!! I am so glad I went to UCI !!

Dr. Saad is a wonderful doctor who listens and makes suggestions to improve my health.

Dr. Saad is a rare breed of doctor. He values the patient's time by keeping to the appointment time as well as spending all the time needed for the appointment. He has a very nice personality that made me feel comfortable. I usually get really anxious going to medical appointments. He answered questions that no other doctor was able to answer. Other doctors looked at me like it was nuts! Now I have actual reasons for what I'm experiencing and a medication for one of the issues. He explained everything, using diagrams, and in a way I could understand. It was obvious that he took the time to read my chart prior to coming into the room. He showed concern for my chronic back/neck pain and my upcoming colonoscopy. He said he will work around that in a manner that doesn't aggravate the pain. His expertise would have been enough but how often does one get that along with compassion and a bit of humor? I'm just sorry that I didn't find him many years ago.

I do not recommend Dr. Carlos to any patient of my family or friends or anyone. He was not capable to diagnose nor explain to me some questions I have .?even blood test results he order for lipid panel he order it differently and showed liver enzymes in different results than I had back on August 23 and one of them was high in 2 difrrent dates even when I got from my chart and showed it to him he said if u don't trust in our test results got do it outside and even said you can seek another opinion . Initially I requested to see GI doctor for stomach pain which he never help in diagnosis for . Also he requested a lot of blood test and exams cost me over $1600 with no benefit really to much he asked for so I had a feeling that he is doesn't know how to diagnose also was not paitient to listen to me . I am really disappointed that UCI with great reputation have this doctor. Very disappointed ?
