Dr. Anderson doesn't return calls, and won't call in refills. She also doesn't see signs of illness getting worse.
Dr. Anderson also doesn't discuss test results, she simply states what she believes the tests indicate, and is sometimes wrong.

I am writing this review while sitting in her office. She got smart with me because I asked her a question concerning my son's results. I explained to her that I asked her because she's the doctor, she preceded to tell me that I was rude. She then left the room and informed me to wait for the nurse to finish with us. I asked her if the cysts would dissolve or what...she told me that she couldn't predict what they would do. I need my son's physical to be completed for college. Her staff sucks!!

Me and my sister have been attending here for more than 5 years she is a very good doctor she makes you feel comfortable and does what she considers best for you

I've beven seen by the doctor once and have been in the office since to try to make an appointment.
Very rude, unprofessional.
Would not trust Dr. Anderson or her staff with even the most minor medical need.
The office manager is incredibly rude and hostile.
I've never encountered a health facility like this before and I hope that I never have to again.

Rude staff(except medical assistant very sweet ) and arrogant Dr. who doesn't know what she is doing I wish I could give less stars. listen to everyone stay away. I asked for lab results after my child had a test and she would not give them to me. But she said they were slightly abnormal but would not give numbers what Dr. does that I will change Dr. and never look back. Her Blood pressure cuff came from CVS and does not even have a TV.

If I could give her and her staff (aside from her 1 nurse who is super nice) lower than a 1 star rating, I would. The doctor needs to retire or something because she is NO GOOD! Her receptionist/staff is so rude - they never return phone calls and one of them has hung up on me for no reason at all. I could go on and on about this place. Please don't waste your money or time (because you will wait FOREVER) at this place!
