DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Had my first time visit yesterday at this clinic. As a first time patient, and brand new Vegas resident- I arrived early by 8 mins, having all my paperwork and insurance info ready as I walked in. I proceeded to still wait for over an hour before I was seen with no info received or communication by receptionist.. By the time the doctor came in and sat down, I thought I was feeling good with the amount of questions the nurse had previously about me about my family history, (but never once asked why I was seeking out this specific appt) except I had not needed a check up after all and after our conversation the nurse left it at, the Doctor “Carmen Espitia” will be in to help me with any further questions/concerns. Finally when this Doctor “Carmen Espitia” walks in, I could tell immediately she was in a hurry and had an attitude. She had the paperwork in her hands that I gave to the nurse, and she was “suppose to read my results” per the nurses words prior to her coming in. Once the doctor came in, introduced herself and said immediately “well these labs are normal” and I asked “Can you explain normal?” And then in a very demeaning and pathetic, crude behavioral way, when I asked her- she rolls over on her chair next to me, gets VERY close to me and asks before explaining “What do you mean? They are normal?” Says to me “who told you they weren’t normal?” I proceed to say a family friend who is a nurse but that’s why I’m here so a doctor can tell me. And as I am telling her, “I trust your opinion as you are the doctor, I would just like to be explained being I haven’t been read these results by a physician yet” She then says “well whoever read you these results need to stick to Their job and let a real doctor read them to you, and I’m telling you they are normal” (after her simply reading the results off the paper and not explaining anything besides saying “they are normal” over and over (which they weren’t normal) - at this point I’m not receiving any help or care and I’m lost for words- and am parched being I’ve been at this facility for over an hour… As I sit quietly listening to this “so called doctor supposedly help me” with no response besides internally Thinking “what is wrong with this womens bed side manners?” I asked “can I could get some water please?” I was very parched and when I started talking and needed water, she specially said “we have no water available for patients” and told me “I am almost done here” She wouldn’t let me leave the room as she stood up in front of the door. I got up and I reached in front of her and started filling up my water bottle in the sink, she says “oh i guess if you want that water?” (When she just told me that water isn’t accessible to us) The doctor STILL having NO clue why I am even seeking this appt out-(she said “I talked to my nurse she told me everything” which the nurse has no idea why I’m there- just the background of my family history) The doctor then looks surprised at me when I got up and said- “I am no longer working with you, this has been a waste of my entire time” AND DIDN’T TRY TO SAY SORRY, stop me, nothing. Long story short- This doctor is a sad joke of a medical professional. If I can urge anyone PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS as this women has TERRIBLE bed side manners and don’t think she is in the right career and I simply feel bad for her that she treats people like that and claims “she’s a Healthcare provider” Everyone working in healthcare is human too, and we all have bad days- but this women is not meant to do this job.

I had a horrible experience.
I had called to confirm that my health insurance was accepted and was told it was. They sent me a bill. I was then referred to get blood drawn and they never sent the request to the facility. It was a waste of my time. I tried getting the request myself and was ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I absolutely agree with the above review! This was my Daughter's second and very last appointment with this Physician. I have never experienced such horrible bedside manner as we have today, especially from a family medical specialist! She offered antibiotics( NOT an anti-viral)for what were clearly signs and symptoms of influenza. I had to ask for a nasal swab. Can't trust a physician who doesnt take your symptoms seriously especially during a flu epidemic. The office is also very unsanitary

Terrible doctor, she was rude and cuts me off when I ask her a question about my health condition. she made me wait in the room for 1 hour and rushed my appointment after waiting an hour. When I was trying to explain to her what I was feeling, she cut me off and said “ok well you have a good day and I wasn’t even done talking.” So I left and decided to switch doctors. I would grade her no stars if possible.
