So, I'll preface this review with that I'm young, generally healthy and also learning the ropes of the health care system. In the past I've had poor experiences with other doctors. I felt like they didn't really listen, treated me like a child, and often they provided no value. This experience was different! It felt like I was treated like a human being from the beginning. Erica at the front desk was so friendly that she made me feel at ease from the get go. The office was big, spacious and clean. I went to see Dr Carmen Hurtado, she was very nice, friendly, and she also put me at ease. I think I found doctor that I feel comfortable going to on a regular basis. I would recommend seeing Dr. Hurtado for your general health needs.Thank you

I arrived at my appointment at 8:20AM on March 1st. I found the staff to be very polite. I was seen by Dr. Carmen Hurtado. It was very clear that she had studied my file, and it truly felt that she was interested in me as a patient. She gave me her full attention. My experience was truly what a doctor-patient relationship should be.

I was impressed with the operation of Dr. Hurtado’s office the minute that I walked into the waiting room. The staff is friendly and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. And most importantly the wait period was brief. The nurse who took me in was also friendly, attentive, and efficient in reviewing my history and doing her perfunctory requirements of weight, BP, et cetera.The wait period when she was done was minimal before Dr. Hurtado arrived.Dr. Hurtado was very friendly and quite attentive. Being a new patient she reviewed my history, asking questions as needed and putting me completely at ease. She more than professional as she assessed my needs. She performed the exam for a yearly physical, made some suggestions as to some changes that I could make on a weekly basis, sent orders for tests, and sent orders for refills. Excellent bedside manner throughout. I would night recommend Dr. Hurtado to anyone who is searching for a caring and professional PCP.
