This doctor is very defensive did not let me talk.. rude no bedsides manners. Encountered her during an ER visit and I felt like she doesn’t care, just wants to get rid of her patients quickly, was discharged with no proper treatment, still feeling sick. I ended up going to another ED where they saw a blood clot where MD said I could’ve died. Never want to see her again.

What an awful doctor Ms. Ruiz is, hope no one ever encounters this dreaded person. My wife was in the ER a few months ago and Dr. Ruiz refused to attend to her in spite of her cries in pain for hours. Dr. Ruiz was only twenty feet away, in earshot of my wife's screaming, but refused to respond. When I approached her, she dismissively told me to speak to the nurse. This person should not be allowed to practice anywhere. I have also filed complaints against Dr. Ruiz with the hospital and Dept of Health, hope someone puts an end to her negligence and putrid attitude.

Worst doctor I have ever heard of and unfortunately had to experience. She does not care about her patients and rushes you out undiagnosed as quickly as possible. Dr. Ruiz should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere, especially in an emergency room.
