Dr. Carmen Solorzano, MD

Dr. Carmen Solorazno, is a wonderful doctor. It was brought to my attention back in June 2023 that I need my thyroid removed, especially on my left side of my neck and partially on my right side. I was not happy with the thought of surgery. I did my research and searched for good doctors that were knowledgeable about my situation and challenges. I was pleased with the reviews I had read online about Dr. Carmen Solorazno and her knowledge about thyroid, goiter and thyroidectomy surgery. My first visit with her was good, she communicated very well the issue, concerns, what needed to be done and how it would be done. What really caught my attention about Dr. Solorazno was her confidence. I truly liked the way she was confident in what she does and her knowledge of what she is doing. The confidence was gentle enough but strong enough to stand on. Surgery went well, staff was great and I'm home resting. All praises to the MOST HIGH!! YAHUAH!!

First appointment I was VERY impressed! She was very personable and professional. She explained to me the upside and downside of my surgery in words that I could understand and readily answered all of my questions. She has a very reassuring manner that helped my nervousness about my surgery. Her staff was very efficient and courteous.

Dr. Solorzano was fantastic!!! She wasn't actually able to take care of my issue but she got me to the right doctor and was even there during my surgery!! So thankful for her!!!

Dr. Carmen Solórzano has magic hands for the surgeries that she performs. She did my total tyroidectomy in 2008 at University of Miami (SCCC). It was my second one already. I was warned that I could have ended up with serious consequences after the procedure and fortunately nothing happened to me. She even fixed the huge scar that I had from the previous surgery. I thank Dr. Solórzano for everything and most of all for the way she followed up after the surgery. She is the best.

I am very thankful for Dr. Solorzano...She help to see me through Thyroid cancer. She walked me through step by step, answered all of my questions and reminded of questions I forgot to ask! Her expertise was exactly what I needed to make the decisions I had facing me. My surgery was actually a breeze and if you look really really really close, you can almost see a tiny scar remaining from my thyroid surgery! I am so grateful I found her!! So thankful I can say that I am now cancer free!
