Not at all
She spent time with you. However, once you left you were forgotten. Orders/Medications not sent. No return calls from her even when asked to speak with her.

Worst doctor ever
The worst doctor ever. My dad and I have been seeing her since 2009. 10 years ago she was a decent human being with ethics. Now she is all about getting as many patients and money as she can. She screwed up my dads diabetic medication and had him taking two medications for the same thing and his hands started swelling and getting tingling. Finally he called her and she said sorry Omgosh I accidentally had you on two medications. Stop taking the old one. It took about a month for his hands to go back to looking and feeling normal. My dad fired her a couple weeks ago. I found a new doctor as well. Her staff is very unprofessional too and don’t give them your credit card they will change it without telling you. And this I hid my bank got my money back. This doctor is so unethical. She had me on anti anxiety meds since 2013. And she would make me go days with out a refill My god if you’re still reading this please find a different doctor.

Very disappointed in Dr. Wong. My mom has several medical issues and visited Dr. Wong for the first time a few months ago. She's running low on her medications and the pharmacy has tried contacting them for a refill and they have been unresponsive. She hasn't been able to get another appointment and no one from the office has contacted her. My mom requires insulin and needs to be able to trust that her dr will be there. I think we will have to search for another doctor.

I love Dr. Wong. I have never doubted that she cares about me as a patient. As a scientist, I appreciate that when I ask her a question, she ponders and then fully explains her answer, along with her thought process. She has strong opinions and can cite the current research to back them up. The only negative that I can say is the wait time-- schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning and it won't be too bad. But be prepared to wait.
