Doesn’t really listen:. Has the answers and assumes you’ll “get over it” when she is wrong in her prognosis. Get a sense she’s not very honest, and tells you what it takes to get through to her desired result. The end result is bad mistakes and failure

For 7 years I told this woman of many MANY symptoms that any educated person would see as a red flag and have checked. She ALWAYS dismissed my concerned and told me that I was just “fat”. I am not fat. Her recommendation was for me to “try yoga”. Turns out I had auto immune issues….. A simple ANA test would’ve proved this YEARS ago if she had only listened!! Never ONCE did she order any bloodwork for me. Only “fat” people bloodwork like cholesterol levels and pre diabetes crap. After taking my medical issues into my own hands I was able to make a full recovery. I have TONS of energy now, I’m in the best shape of my life now that my body isn’t tired all day and my immune system is controlled. She is an overly opinionated woman who values her vacations more than her patients. I suffered needlessly for SEVEN YEARS because of her. Go to someone else who will listen. I no longer trust medical professionals because of this lady.

Terrible experience. She is not good. Doesn't listen, doesn't pay attention, bad bedside manor

I love Dr. Bowes-Lawlor but I'm losing my patience with her front desk. Doesn't matter when I call or for what reason I do not get a friendly let alone courteous response. I'm not even asking for overly friendly but just plain common courtesy when you call.
