Dr. Carol Deweerd, MD

Dr. Carol Deweerd has been my pcp for at 3+ years. She has consistently given accurate medical advice and diagnoses. She listens without judgement and considers your concerns when recommending a course of treatment. She answers 'my chart' questions promptly. At 72 years of age I feel SO fortunate to have her caring for my health needs and am comfortable she will accurately diagnose and prescribe treatments as necessary!

Provider is awesome. The scheduling staff and MA's that work there are horrible personalities. Office manager sending out letters to cancel appointments and just rescheduling when ever. Some of the patients work and can not just come in any time that is convenient for the person that is scheduling. Letters to cancel is not a good patient care. Patients are not numbers we are people and should be treated like people and not numbers or things that don't matter.

Dr. Carol Deweerd was my family physician for 11 years. She saved my life when I was 13, she diagnosed me with a heart murmur that tests later showed two holes in my heart that I was born with. My condition is only detectable at birth and in the preteens, if not detected it would have gone unnoticed until it would have been too late. Besides that she was a wonderful family physician to meet and my siblings. If I lived in the area I wouldn't think twice about signing up to be her patient again.
