HARD TO GET HOLD OF
Dr. Skipper is easy to talk to and listens. However, she is hard person to get hold of. My calls weren't return. One time, I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. None of her staff members couldn't tell me that the doctor was too busy to see. Nor, no one asked if I would like to change my appointment. The last time I was there, I didn't even see the doctor. The nurse, who was very nice and listen to me very carefully, did the the examination. I have nothing against nurses, I give them a lot of credit. However, when I paying for a doctor is the doctor I want to see, not a nurse.

I am very happy with Dr. Skipper, after I switched to her practice when Dr. Diamond left. Dr. Skipper is a very talented physician, and she really knows how to listen and attend to your medical needs. I'm very pleased to have switched to her practice after Dr. Diamond closed her practice. Dr. Skipper has helped me with every medical issue I presented her with. And finally, her office staff is very kind and helpful, too.

2018 I chose Dr Diamond as my primary care. I went for a physical and found Dr Skipper took over this practice. She took BP and blood. No other items for my physical. I never got the results of the bloodwork. I called and asked again. I never received. Also she never submitted it to insurance. I never was entitled to reimbursement from Cigna. I did a search after this & found she had her license suspended. Never went back.
