Dr. Carol Stewart-Francisco, MD

she is not a good physician she does not process the patient request timely. she needs to be reevaluated as a doctor of medicine. she has failed me several times

One of the best Doctor thst any company could have.

Doctor and her staff are amazing and provide great care. The front office was very nice and helpful. Dr. Carol Stewart-Francisco has a fantastic bedside manner. She listens. She also is very thorough and does not rush the visit. Every time I’ve seen her she has taken the time to show and explain things to me. Her nursing staff is awesome as well. I’ve been treated excellently and feel more doctors need to follow her example. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends w/o hesitation.

The staff is unbelievably rude, lazy & unless.. The practice must owe someone a favor hiring that group of fools. Sad thing is you can't talk to anyone or the doctor to tell them about how poorly the staff is. So I don't think they will be in business for long. Made many complaints.. the insurance companies, the medical board & seeking an attorney.

I wouldn't even put one star but it wouldn't let me. I'm sorry I even have to right this but you should know before going there what it is really like.

This is the absolute worst patient care that I have ever received. Julia, the receptionist, has zero customer service skills. I called for an appointment for very high blood pressure and was told I could not be seen for 2 months. After explaining that I may have a stroke by then, I was told that is not her problem. If you are not concerned about your health or dying, you should select Dr. Stewart. Otherwise, please seek medical care from a qualified physician with a professional staff.

Dr. Stewart has been my MD for years, I referred my Mother and she has taken great care of us. I love my MD she is caring and has helped me with a lot of things. I am now on medication that allows me to function in my everyday life. She took the time to find out what would work for me and now I am better for it. Thanks Dr. Stewart I know God sent you to help your patients with love, compassion and care.

I have been going to Well Med for 2 years and have never seen Dr. Stewart. I was sent to the hospital by her office and again, no contact what so ever from her or her office while I was there. The office staff is nice and polite but extremely disorganized. If you are new patient, you will be scheduled an appointment months out, even if there is something wrong with you.
