Unauthorized Lab Tests that aren't covered by Ins.
Update, Dr. Kinner reimbursed me for tests not covered. I appreciated her efforts. Dr. Kinner is a nice and thorough doctor in spite of the long wait. As doctors go, she's fine. What I don't like is getting my ins statement and seeing unauthorized tests that aren't covered by my ins. In the past as well as now. So, this time I took the initiative and after several conversations, Dr. Kinner and her biller assured me that this issue would be taken care of. Well, after 3 months I'm the one contacting them. Talk about miscommunication between the Doctor and the Biller on what Tests are covered for specific appts. If you are going for a specific appt you may want to ask for a list of tests before the blood work and call your ins company. Then get only the tests that are required and paid for by Ins.

Dissatisfied Patient – Nov 21, 2023

This doctor will not renew prescription without visit every month. In addition, she lied about blood. She insisted that I need a blood work even I had it a month ago but claim that she cannot find. Even when she found, she took my blood again to charge my insurance for blood work. I left her. Also, it take a long to visit her and takes long time during the visit. Very inefficient and dishonest doctor.

I wouldn't give you 2 cents for dr kinner. When my Mom was sick with lung cancer she would not fill out the FMLA paperwork so I could take time off from work to care for her. She said I had to go to my own dr for that. What an idiot. Worst dr I have ever experienced.

The wait time here is uncalled for. I was here two hours the first time. I'm over an hour past my appointment time now, and being told it'll be at least another half hour. I appreciate spending time and being thorough, but then the office should be scheduling far less appointments. Don't come here unless you have all day.

Dr. Kinner is one of the most thorough physicians I have ever consulted. Waiting time is longer than I have experienced at some physician offices in the past, but this is because when she is with you she spends all the time necessary to listen and practice medicine. I have never felt rushed. Any referrals she has made have been to excellent providers, and in a group practice she is quite willing to clear to whom she is sending you. I recommend her whole heartedly.
