She is rude, she doesn't listen or answer questions. I went misdiagnosed and underdiagnosed.

Dr. Berglund is my PCP. She is, by far, the most understanding and caring physician I have ever had taking care of my wife and I. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and explains all options that are available to treat conditions that her patients are experiencing. She has even called me on the phone - personally - to discuss treatment options. Prior to that I have *never* had a doctor call me on the phone to talk. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized or a skin condition which required surgery, she was diligent with following up with the hospital directly to make sure that I was being given proper care and suggesting options to the attending team. The hospital team even remarked how diligent she was. It is so difficult to find a caring PCP and I feel so blessed to have Dr. Berglund taking care of me. Selfishly, I hope she never moves or changes her practice.
