Dr. Caroline Heise, MD

She talks extremely fast. Her examination is the same. She is so fast that her exam is a little rough. My many yearly checkups have always been slow, gentle and thorough. She poked and prodded. When I first arrived, Dr. Heise handed me a gown. She told me to undress and she would return. She returned 50 minutes later leaving me alone with no explanation for the long wait. She is not a good listener. She controls the verbal interchange so tightly, there’s little opportunity to respond. I will not see her again because of her condescending manner. She was barely polite. I wish to be treated with more consideration and dignity.

Dr. Heise is a very professional and knowledgable doctor. She speaks quickly and concisely but I never feel rushed during my appointments and she takes her time answering all of my questions. I had a colposcopy a few years back and although it’s a very uncomfortable procedure, I appreciated her talking to me throughout and explaining everything she was doing. Her care is thorough and recently when talking to her about trying to get pregnant, she had remembered a condition I have (that even I forgot about) and recommended next steps to ensure I'd be in the best position and health to conceive. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN.

Dr. Heide is knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent doctor and very thorough.

Love this physician. Very competent, precise, organized. Speaks quickly, but that is her style. Been going to her for over 15 years.

Dr. Heise performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy on me and I had absolutely no pain whatsoever afterwards! Very skillful and caring surgeon!

Little to no bedside manner. I had an outpatient procedure, and there was no nurse assistance. Medical instruments were inserted and I was left there crying as she opened packages of each additional instrument she needed. Took entirely way too long for what should have been a relatively quick and painless procedure, but ended up bringing me to tears. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and this review is solely regarding the physician.

Has no bedside manner. Almost condescending at times. Doesn’t seem to care about patients. Do not go to this doctor.
