Dr. Caroline Kacer, DMD

100% incompetent staff!! Scott the manager thinks he’s an insurance guru but it turns out he’s a complete dummy and has no idea what he’s talking about. On top of that, he feels it’s ok to totally disrespect a 65 year old lady, my mom, who was just trying to get my brothers surgery scheduled. Physically threatens to throw her out of the office if she came back. I asked him to talk to me like he talked to my mom and he cowered in the corner and hung up the phone. Stay away!! Plenty of better and more competent surgeons else were. Might be a little drive and out of Tucson but I promise you you’re going to be way better off physically and financially. Please stay away!!!!!

Dr. Kacer went above and beyond. I would give her ten stars if I could.

Dr. Kacer is awesome. She's good at what she does, has a personality, and cares about her patients.
