One of the worst doctors I've had. Had a positive COVID test (despite being fully vaccinated) and she gave me no info, told me to quarantine for 7 days despite other doctors and protocol telling me 10 days. She was rude and judgmental, and didn't give me any advice or explain anything. I also have a blood condition that I told her about and she didn't even know what it was and then brushed it off and didn't even ask me about it. I understand that doctors are burnt out and busy right now, but she basically gave me the test and then told me to get out immediately without being helpful or reassuring in any way! Would not recommend this doctor at all.

Dr. Via was very concerned what was ailing me. Asked me pertinent questions about my medical history, thorough assessment, and ordered an X-Ray. Treated me in the exam room with medication that brought significant improvement, and provided me with a long tern plan to improve my condition. Excellent Doctor!

Via has no compassion for patients. I went in feeling not well. She refused to give me anything. She didn't know my temperature. They took it, but didn't tell me what it was. She found my temperature on her computer screen. With tears in my eyes, she really didn't care at all. She slammed the door when she walked out. This dr. is not sensitive to her patients. I asked for another dr...he wasn't that much better, but he gave me something for my illness. (Which is helping) Via lacks compassion.
