, I felt that the provider quickly dismissed my symptoms and spoke to me in a somewhat patronizing manner when I attempted to ask questions about how specific autoimmune diseases are diagnosed. She did not review or ask me about any of the long history of symptoms and pain, recent and worsening symptoms that have again, led me to rheumatology, or family history. I had to cut her off to bring up some of these concerns. The provider seemed to be flustered by me interrupting her and not just nodding at her dismissiveness of me. The provider sited bloodwork/results as a primary factor in ruling out autoimmune disease but when pressed about what, exactly, completely and fully ruled out any autoimmune disease she stated that bloodwork/results were not conclusive, very vague and unreliable, I think she confused herself more than she did me. Lastly, when I had resigned myself to the consultation not being productive, helpful, hopeful, or even insightful I wearily asked what follow up she …

Dr. Casey and her staff are amazing! She's on time, makes/returns calls, and really listens to what you have to say. You can genuinely feel her concern for you as her patient. She speaks to you like a human being, and not from a medical/technical perspective. If you're new to the Rhuematolog world or thinking about switching doctors, don't wait any longer. I waited years until switching doctors and so glad I finally did. Don't let a great doctor pass you by. Dr. Casey won't disappoint!

Dr Casey is basically the one that literally saved my life, she delved into all my health issues and set me onto the path of wellness. She has a way to make of making you feel comfortable and listens to your concerns. My family as well as myself are grateful for all that she has done for me. I just know in my heart that God put her into my life that day I made an appointment to be seen by a Rheumatologist and she happened to have a cancellation for that week and I accepted the appointment.
