Very busy practice that leaves little scheduling options. The admin staff has changed up, in recent years but a few cranky older ladies have stuck around. After putting up with mediocre, apathetic visits with Dr. Zimmer, we have moved on to a different practice. Seems like they need to hire another MD for the patient load and get remotivated to see patients. Collecting copays and making insurance claims is a top priority in this practice. Not for those wanting real interest in the patient's unique needs.

Dr. Zimmer is a wonderful doctor!!! Both of my children are patients of hers and could not be happier with her level of care for them. We have been so happy with her bedside manner and enjoy the conversations we have with her at every visit. She is very knowledgeable and listens to how we feel about something and also always has an explanation as to why her opinion is what it is. My son has had to see many specialists throughout his 14 years of life and she is at the top of the list!

We found Dr. Zimmer and her nurse practioner to be cold, lacking in bedside manner and no patience with listening to patient or the parents. Made me as a parent feel I had no input in my child's healthcare. It was her way or no way! The nurse practioner we saw in place of physician at last visit did not say good bye or give follow up instructions.

Extremely disappointed after original physician left practice and we had to switch to nurse practioner Diane and Dr. Zimmer. I feel they do not look at the big picture or take into acount all aspects of the child and families life. As someone who has worked in the medical profession for over 20 years, I found that the nurse practioner lacked professionalism, knowlede, and kindness that should be provided by every practioner. Sadly I woudnt remmend this practice and friends switching too.

Our experience with Dr Zimmer has been excellent. She has patiently listened to our concerns to develop a clear understanding of potential care with our son. Have to disagree 100% with the Nov-2016 critical reviewer. Dr Zimmer compassionately approaches her recommendations and has been terrific for my wife and I working through these issues. Highly recommend Dr Carrie for your pediatric endocrinology needs.

This was the most horrible and humiliating experience we've ever had with a physician. Dr. Zimmer is just a terrible person. She has no bedside manners (wonder what they taught her in medical school) considering the fact that she deals with children. Believe me when I say i've had my share of doctor's visits and NO ONE has ever been this rude, condescending or downright awful to us EVER! I would strongly urge you to consider other Pediatric Endocrinologist before you even consider going to her.
