Dr. Carson Kaeser, MD

My visit with Dr was fine, he said I could call with my decision regarding surgery or therapy I called and left messages on 3 occasions, did not receive any call back. My daughter called 2 or 3 times, she was told everything was handled by the receptionist, who she put my daughter on hold and talked to the nurse, still no call back. Nothing was followed up on, so I called the NP who made the referral, she immediately called to set up pelvic floor therapy and called in medication for dryness. An office without follow is not where I want to trust my healthcare, the DR was highly recommended, but I did not understand why a simple phone call to let me know what was going on. This went on 5 or 6 weeks, when I called my Np who made referral it was handled immediately, I did not see anything accurately documented in My Chart.

He saved my life by being a compassionate and caring Dr that listened to and addressed all of my concerns and pain. He discovered and diagnosed what was wrong with me when no other Dr cared enough to listen to me and my symptoms. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Kaeser.

Excellent bedside manner, took excellent care of me post op. Highly recommend

Dr keaser is the best Dr ever.. went in for by yearly check up and he learned today that my husband passed February 16th and he talked to me and asked me if there's anything that he could do to help me he is a very awesome doctor I recommend him to anybody and the staff there with him as sweet and polite and never been rude about nothing I thank God everyday for Dr Kaiser to be there for me to check me out make sure I did not hurt myself from the surgery he did..

He did a bladder sling surgery for me and he explained everything and made sure I understood everything. He checked on me before surgery, after surgery and then called me at home the next day to make sure I was ok. Then I called on a Sunday and he called me back to help me. Then seen me in the office first thing Monday morning to make sure I was ok. He is one of those doctors that has the bed side Manners that you want all of your doctors to have. I’m very blessed to have him as a doctor.
