Very helpful
Dr. Lo has continued to be very helpful in an extremely complicated case. He listened to everything we told him and was very patient. We did have to wait quite a while to see him….more than an hour past the appointment time. We were told they are short staffed.

Dr Lo was Very helpful! He listened to everything I had to say and was the Only Dr. that knew how to treat me! He and his staff took extra time to send me to a hospital in my network. Wait time was not bad at all but if your seeing a great Dr wait time is expected ! I will definitely go back to him!

Do not use this doctor. He had little interest in hearing about my condition and was unhelpful in recommendations. He literally stood with his hand on the doorknob for the majority of my appointment like he had better things to do. I have no patience for doctors like this, whose goal is to churn through as many patients as possible. Waste of time and money.

I am not sure if this man is a good doctor or not. I called and tried to make an appointment, but the woman who answered the phone was so rude that I could not even complete my call. I will drive across Houston to avoid dealing with these people.

I had gone to Dr. Lo for almost 5 years, really like Dr. Lo. However the past 3 visits took to long a time. I was there almost 1 1/2hours one time, and over an hours the next time. I had an appt. on 5/2/17 at 11am. a patient came out from back at 11:05, another patient waiting asked what time his appt. was, he said 9:30am. when they asked for my payment, I asked how long it was going to be. The front office girls were rude and disrespectful. I told them I wasn't staying for my appt.

Would not even consider recommending him.. Does not stay up with current FDA information regarding medications. argumentative with pt and family.
