A+ chronic back pain Doctor
I was a long term patient of MD Burton Sacks going back to 1976.I finally found his replacement. I will never use another Doctor for my spine pain

DISAPPOINTED
Dr. O'Donnell's bio is impressive but my office visit with him was not. Visit was mechanical and rushed. Explaining conditions/diagnosis and listening were literally non-existent.

I was treated very poorly as a new patient. The office staff (Debbie) is extremely unprofessional and often rude. Dr. O'Donnell did not take his time to fully understand my situation. Most recently, he had a planned vacation and moved my appiontments around. He had to reschedule an important meeting, I rushed out of work, had to pay for child care, and drop my disabled son off at a nearby school, I was 8 minutes late and was unforgiven. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had a series of visits with Dr. O'Donnell as we tried several different approaches to ease my discomfort. He is direct, informative, personally very likable and easy to talk to. His staff is also sharp, organized, and pleasant. Never more than a 5-10 minute wait. We finally arrived at the conclusion that I need surgery but I can honestly say he did everything he possibly could to avoid that ultimate outcome. I am very, very happy I saw Dr. O'Donnell and would recommend him to anyone who wants a methodical, thorough, thought-out approach to pain relief.

Dr O’Donnell is the best caring doctor I have ever met. Not only is he a great pain management dr he went out of his way to go over all my scans and sonograms that had nothing to do with him. These were serious stomach issues this was not his field but he went over all my reports and testing on his own when I walked in his office he already had gone over all that was wrong with me. He is the only dr that told me what meds to discontinue and what I could eat and not to eat. My other doctors told me nothing or could care less. On the other hand dr Casey O’Donnell went out of his way without me asking and told me everything about my stomach issues. He read all my dr nites and the scans. He is not only a great dr he is just as great a person. He is the best. By the way his office Mgr April is a wonderful caring person and so professional. I’m blessed to know both of them

Great doctor with a great staff. He is thorough in his exams and explanations regarding a patient's options. He's treated my husband (and now me) relieving his back pain for 1.5 years with RFA. We travel quite a distance to see him and it is well worth the trip! Thank you Dr. O'Donnell.

Dr. O'Donnell has been treating me for the past year and a half. I have lower back problems and he treated me with shots. I have them every 6 months because that's about how long they last for me. It's a blessing. The shots take 24-48 hrs. for relief. I'm so thankful for that. Dr. O'Donnell is friendly and knows how to treat the back problems. His staff are vey friendly and make an appointment to accommodate the patient.

Was not happy with him at all! He never looked at the whole problem. He would only address one issue per appointment, which was ridiculous, since the body is all connected. I ended up ditching him, because he had me coming back so many times and still didn't solve my issues. He was not a good doctor!!! He was all about the money and waisting my time and money!!!

Dr. O'Donnell treated my daughter for a neck injury and he did an exceptional job for us. His staff was very quick to respond and all were extremely professional and caring. He was able to properly diagnose the condition and set a full plan of care in motion that worked very well. Dr. O'Donnell was very attentive and listened to our concerns and he addressed them completely. We would definitely return to him if needed in the future and we would also recommend him to others.
