Dr. Cassanda Davis, MD

Distant, unengaged, appeared either annoyed with the whole process or bored. Asked me the same questions several times as if she wasn't listening.

Brought 96 year old woman living at 8,680 feet to Dr. Davis with symptoms of low oxygen levels and cough. She has Chronic Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure and her oxygen was periodically dropping into the 60's and at best was in the mid to low 80's. The Dr. listened to chest and heart and recommended increasing oxygen level. No testing was offered or recommended. Approximately a week later patient was admitted to the hospital for COPD exacerbation with Hypoxemic Respiratory failure, acute on chronic. Treatment included placement on a BiPap breathing machine, antibiotics and steroids. Thankfully she fully recovered! However, after speaking with other physicians it is clear that Dr. Davis did not provide adequate care. A SpO2 reading in the 60's should at a minimum triggered a blood test which would have revealed an elevated CO2 level. Instead Dr. Davis recommended hospice or palliative care. She wasn't interested in treating my mother, only making her comfortable to die!

Very frustrating. Dr Davis did not greet me, didn’t even look at me as she turned on her computer. I was referred by Urgent Care to diagnose serious pain I was having. I had 2 Urgent care visits and 2 cat scans within past 4 days. She had not reviewed the cat scans. Just scanned them briefly while I waited. Did not ask me any questions about anything that had been done..Shetold me what She thought I had and said I probably needed antibiotics She then said “and if you do not have the diagnosis then Im out of ideas.”. Didn’t ask about allergies. When Igot home I read the cat scans and they both stated clearly I do not have what she said I probably have. There was no exam. I had to ask her to do a simple exam.Through the whole visit she was chewing and snapping her Gum. Surely Kaiser can do better.

she is difinitely in the wrong profession non caring, not helpful at all.one of the worst doctors I have ever seen.................. and I am 68 years old

She is kind and I felt cared for when I had to visit this urgent care. I was seen promptly seen and my issue was sorted out fast and treated.

I went for urgent care and she told you have to wait for 2 hours and she cannot do anything. She didnt even look into my reports . When i was driving back home she called to tell me that i need an injection within 72 hrs of bleeding and when i asked how is 72 hours calculated from first time bleeding or now onward she could not tell anything as she never had the time to look into my reports.Very careless attitude. I went to ER to get the injection the very next moment.

Saw her when I thought I was having back trouble. She never entered the exam room or examined me but said if I hadn't come alone she would have given me a shot. I later find out from a quality doctor I had a 13mm kidney stone. It has been rectified. I went to the same urgent care last week for another problem and found out she on duty. I told them I'd wait as long as it takes to see anybody but her. If she is your only choice go down to the E.R. at UMC.

I saw her last week and she did not help me with any of my medical problems that I’m experiencing! In my opinion I would see a different doctor! I’m sorry I had to leave this bad review. She might have had a bad day

Saw her at urgent care for extreme pain sudden onset. Explained to her my history with similar issue and needing pain Meds until I can see general doctor. Gave me a shot and I reacted to the drug, started rambling on about my history on the drug. She said I can’t deal with this and left the room and never returned. Nurse was surprised with her reaction and lack of prescriptions I was given. Extremely rude and poor mannered. I wish to never see her again.

I saw her at urgent care and she diagnosed and correctly treated me for perioral dermatitis. I had seen several doctors over the course of a year and a half. It was very painful and I had swollen lips with a deep red rash around my mouth for a year and a half! She correctly diagnosed me and it's getting better, finally!

Always friendly and available. Extremely knowledgeable.
