The great inconsistencies in her treatment leads me to believe she should retire now or perhaps a few years ago. I too had some high risks because of improper prescriptions, which was caught by the pharmacist. The administrative office is utterly incompetent and has cost me losses economically. There’s a lot of wisdom in Dr Klyman, but sometimes she’s just mean and unnecessarily critical which I believe she thinks is proper practice, but it is not. Also, and this is a common problem I believe with older psychiatrists, is that she has stopped researching and studying the profession which is a relatively new one in the history of science. Therefore, she has nothing to offer in terms of new approaches to serious psychiatric problems.

Not once but several times, I've attended our obligatory appointment in order to get prescription renewal and she forgets to call it in.

Dr. Klyman was the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever met. I don’t see how she could help anyone with her demoralizing, nasty, & patronizing demeanor. She was accusatory and judgmental, and I would have never thought a doctor in the mental health field could honestly treat someone this way. I’ve never cried from anger & frustration after visiting a psychiatrist or therapist, but after my appointment with Dr. Klyman, I sat in my car crying with my head in my hands. Truly an evil human in sheep’s clothing. She’s worse than professor Umbridge in Harry Potter. Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated like dirt for being you.

One of the worst, most stressful experiences I have ever had to deal with, on top of an already difficult time in my life. The Genen group is the worst and Dr. Klyman has zero follow up with communication. I lost 3 weeks of disability due to her not filling out forms left for her 4 weeks prior. ***I repeat 3 weeks of lost pay due to Dr. Klyman, Cynthia, and the inept office team who just transfers work to each other with zero followup***Her assistant is equally abrupt. When you have to call a
