Would Not Recommend
Telehealth
Worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Waited over 7 hours to speak with her (while in the ER), only to be extremely let down and disappointed. Dr. Villa showed absolutely zero compassion or true understanding for the situation at hand. Came across as extremely cold and condescending, which only worsend my mindset and eventually sent me into a panic attack. As someone who was speaking to her in an emergency room and crisis situation (while feeling absolutely hopeless), I was left feeling worse than when I came. She was extremely quick to jump to conclusions and made me feel immensely guilty for something that was not my fault. I know psychiatrists are not there to coddle you, but even the slightest compassion would have been nice (which was not even close to being present). She was unable to answer any of my important questions, rushed me while giving her my background, and was overall extremely disappointing. I am still in shock from how this went.
