She is the absolute best

I was referred to Dr. Cuite due to an eyelid droop. During my consult and exam with Dr. Cuite, she shared that it was not a cosmetic issue but was one called 'ptosis' which required as it would only get worse if left untreated. She explained the pre-op, surgery, post-op phases, possible problems and that it may take a second surgery. Knowing it could be corrected was an absolute relief to me. For me, it did take a second surgery, but the end result was that my eye now looks great, and I have Dr. Cuite to thank. At every stage, I completely trusted her ability, expertise, professionalism, her caring and focus upon me as her patient. I would do this all over again......but only with Dr. Cuite.

I have seen Dr. Cuite for two different procedures. Both times I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, caring, & receptive to answering all the ?s I had. Her staff, especially Melissa, who answered questions I had on the phone, was very helpful & considerate.

I had my initial consultation in March w/ Dr Cuite and a procedure was discussed. She even went as far as giving me a price. Once I got the time off from work I scheduled a surgery date. I went in to see her again 2 months later bc it was required that I be seen again closer to the surgery date which was in a month. My 1st appointment with her was very pleasant and I felt comfortable, confident with her. This 2nd visit, she told me in a nutshell that she didn't think it was a good idea that I have this procedure and she explained why. However, I was a bit confused bc we had discussed this procedure on my prior visit and I had already made arrangements to take time off from work, I'd saved the money etc. So as I sat there in the chair, I really wasn't sure what to do because I was truly confused as to why she changed her mind. And lastly, she got up and said "I'll pass" as she walked out the door. I was stunned, quite frankly. It's unfortunate she feels her behavior is appropriate.

I drove from Western North Carolina to have an enucleation consult with Dr. Cuite following a one year post eye injury and vision loss. Upon her honest and compassionate evaluation, it was decided that more conservative measures to manage my concerns may be the best option at this time. I am very appreciative and grateful to Dr. Cuite for providing me with a plan to go forth. I highly recommend her and the amazing staff.

I have very rare difficult eye condition. Dr. Cutie was very attentive. Even though she was unable to “solve” my problems she gave me more time/understanding than most others. I would recommend her for her patients.

I felt I was rushed through the procedure also found her to be rude and contradictive when I tried to explain some symptoms I was having felt like she didn't believe or could care less about what I was saying! Then by the time we got to the car I had blood coming out of the eye bandage that was just put on! She won't be seeing me again!

The Doctor was rushed, impatient, wanted to waste time talking with her Assistant over my patient records. The Doctor did not examine me but wanted to see me again in one year

Dr. Cuite is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. She did a fantastic job on my procedure and I couldn’t be happier. I am two weeks out and have healed beautifully- look great and have had no issues and plenty of compliments- her team is amazing , the facility is professional, clean and efficient. Dr. Cuite is compassionate and strives for excellence, her bed side manner is caring and leaves you with a feeling of comfort and confidence in her skills and ability. She also checked on me frequently In the days after my procedure to see how I was doing which really impressed my husband and I! I rarely write a review, but wanted to take the time to now as she truly is an amazing doctor. You will be Very pleased to work with her.

I would not recommend this facility for a variety of reasons. One: you can never reach anyone and hold times are min 30 minutes. Secondly, the initial appointment waiting followed by time spent on qualifying you to get the procedure paid for by an insurer and little on the need-to knows about the surgery itself or cost? I saw them in November. I had no idea what to ask because I didn't know what I didn't know. I was told little about the surgery itself, side effects, healing process - anything. Three months later I am told I qualify for the surgery and this will be my appointment date. Then 48 hours before surgery I'm notified how to prepare for the surgery, but again NOTHING on post Op recovery, timelines, need to knows about blurry vision, and good luck trying to call anyone at this place with questions. Was the Doctor terrific, yes she is very nice, competent and dedicated. But in my opinion, communication could be vastly improved and call backs shouldn't be days!

Dr. Cuite and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She is forthright, informative, efficient, and trustworthy. An office visit includes a mix of soothing music, calm reassurance, and a warm sense of humor.

I am very pleased with Dr.Cuite and would not go to anyone else. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Genuine, caring, and so knowledgeable

Dr Cuite is excellent in her field!! The very best in my opinion as a nurse and as a patient. I recommend her to ALL for her various skill sets surgical and nonsurgical in nature.

Love her and her team. She listens to me and always makes sure we decide together the best treatment plan together.

I came to the office to discuss options after a severe case of Bell's Palsy left me with a very droopy eyelid on the left side of my face. It had been over a year since I contracted Bell's that was still severely impeding my vision. No options were discussed other than Botox (like eye lid surgery) and since my insurance required pre-approval for Botox injection, I was quickly ushered out of the office. I felt judged by her Barbie doll staff.
