Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
She is the worst provider I’ve ever seen. Condescending, rude, uncaring, and dismissive of patient’s pain/situation. She has no business working in this field and should be ashamed of her communication with patients. I have been a long time patient is St. Vincent Carmel but will never go or recommend their ER again. She needs to leave immediately.

Dr Michaels was unfeeling and rude to my 9 year old who has ADHD and overreacts to all stimuli, including pain. I'm an RN. I know providers can have a bad day, and this has been a very tough year for them, but I was shocked by her response to his pain and fear. I would never go to Ascension Castleton again because of her.

I feel compelled to warn anyone taking a child to the ER not to bring them here. Dr. Michaels and her PA were rude to my husband and I and downright mean to my 2 year old - Making comments like, "Maybe you can be a big boy and stop crying." It was his 2nd birthday and the poor guy had to be rushed to the ER for a cut on his chin. Dr. Michaels and staff showed no compassion. Not to mention the next morning the glue came off my sons chin and we had to go see his pediatrician.

Dr. Michael was the most uncaring doctor I can remember. She appeared to me to be testy for some reason and not very helpful. I was laying there yelling and moaning with a kidney stone (in agony) and she was upset for some reason. I would never go back to her or St. Vincent's Hospital for any reason!!!!!

My experience with this particular Dr. Was terrible. Talks very nasty and in a sense makes light of what you're trying to describe to her as your illness. Hopefully I never have contact with her again.I am very serious when I make this statement. Saw her in the ER
