I’ve had nothing but excellent care and assistance. The front office staff and Nursing staff are exceptionally helpful and supportive. The staff in the lab and the medical diagnostic team are the best. Main reason besides the best team, is that if you need labs, CTScans, and MRIs, all this can be done on site. Dr. Morris is an excellent physician. She is amazingly knowledgeable and takes her patients seriously.

Dr. Morris has been my physician for almost 20 years. I trust her medical judgement implicitly and without reservation. For the last 8 years my insurance has NOT been accepted by North Georgia Medical, and for the last 3 years I've driven from Gilmer County to Canton to be treated by Dr. Morris. We are not rich and it costs a LOT to be treated out of network - but the healthcare she has provided is worth the cost to see her. She is a caring human that transcends beyond her practice.

Dr. Morris is fine but the organization is where I am less than satisfied with. Schedule an appointment and seen thirty minutes later. See physician for less than five minutes. Even for yearly physical. I never have an opportunity for questions or concerns. The "Follow My Health " program they use is very inaccurate and they tell me to ignore any misinformation because they can't fix it. When it comes to my health I consider my it more important than they seem to.

This doctor as well as others in this group will drop patients who move to assisted living, often with no warning. You only find out because medication refills are not approved. Needing a refill is bad time to learn you don't have a doctor. People living in a care environment need a trusted doctor even more than those who can remain living independently. Very hard to get appointments quickly, especially as a follow up to recent hospitalization.

She has been my Doctor now for years and I trust her very much. Now if only she was connected to Wellstar so I could look up my test results and have my other specialists(wellstar) linked in with her all would be patient friendly.
