Dr. O’Shey was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Dr. O’Shey seemed a bit rushed so I felt that I had to talk fast and get everything covered before I left the room to schedule the endoscopy and follow-up appointment.

Never looked up from her computer. Asked questions at turbo speed. Minimized my concerns. No personality what so ever. Never talked to me as a patient who had concerns. It was as if she didn’t have time for me and the quicker she could get me out of there, the better. A complete waste of my time and my money.

Today, I went to my appointment with Dr. O'Shea 20 minutes early, as requested when I made my appointment, in my confirmation email, and also when I confirmed with an office staff member yesterday. After 10 minutes of waiting (and 10 FULL minutes prior to my appointment!), I was told that Dr. O'Shea canceled my appointment because I was not there 30 minutes prior, as she did not want to get behind in her schedule. How is this even possible when my procedure was only about two minutes total and I was there 20 minutes early?! Where was her respect for MY time? (I had to take the morning off of work, and travel 30 minutes to/from to the appointment.) I love Dr. Arsene in the practice, and highly recommend her, but my appointment being canceled today with Dr. O'Shea was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any doctor's office ever.

I had the best experience with my colonoscopy. The center was right on time and I was in and out within less than2 hours. The doctor was pleasant and I was discharged with photos and a copy of my reports. Wow the nurses were nice and efficient. Amber was great and started my IV efficiently. I Have nothing bad to say. I am a registered nurse myself and was very impressed!!

On behalf of my 88 year old mother in law whom I care for, it wasn't good. Granted, my mother in law is very hard of hearing, has severe macular degeneration, and has reduced cognitive abilities, and finally her procedure took place during the COVID-19 crisis which meant I could not be with her during any of the time after I dropped her off at the endoscopy center. But the fact that she felt violated, felt immense pain and felt no one responded to her when she cried out for help meant I believe they are not very attuned to the needs of the elderly. When I picked my MIL up after the procedure, she was ashen and extremely upset. When I looked at the staff person who was delivering her to me about this, she simply mouthed "she's fine" with a slight eye-roll. It was an awful experience and I regret taking her there - I should have spent more time interviewing Dr. O'Shea at length to ensure she understood the level of care we were expecting and gone someplace else if not satisfied.

Absolutely aweful bedside manner. Very cold and uncaring. Also the staff are a bunch of incompetent idiots. The rescheduled my procedure 3 or 4 times then called me the day before the procedure at 420 and said they did not get the authorization after I had been fasting all day. When I called insurance I was told they did not even submit an auth request until Tuesday the procedure was scheduled for Thursday. Furthermore they do not return phone calls and the nurse did not call me back for two weeks after I left a message

Dr. O’Shea was the third doctor I’ve had to perform a colonoscopy. She was the first to spend time with me both before and after the procedure making sure to answer any questions I had. The staff at the Endoscopy Center were very professional—from pre registration to day after follow up.

My experience was horrible. She was cold & uncaring. She acted like she'd judged me before we met. She spent most of her time with me checking boxes, many of which she checked incorrectly. Some she checked without even asking me about the item. She didn't respond well when I clarified my answers, sticking to her own incorrect version of my answer. She didn't give me time to ask questions. She didn't offer any options for relief of the severe pain I was experiencing-just tests and then a visit with her PA in 2 months. So, I get unrelieved pain for 2 more months without hope. Her staff kept calling me to get information that I'd already given them, but didn't follow thru with the calls they promised me. I live a considerable distance from her, and we agreed that I'd see a local radiologist that they would find for me. Instead, they referred me to somebody 250 miles away from me. I will not consider letting this woman put me under for a test that could do damage. I'll find somebody else.
