Amazing Experience
Having a cancer diagnosis is shocking and scary for anyone. I knew from reliable sources (doctor friends) that Dr. Pesce is one of the best breast surgeons in the area. What I discovered after meeting her is that she has a calm, caring and professional demeanor as well. I knew right away that she would be my first choice. She did my surgery and it was easy, efficient and I had very minimal pain. I am very happy Dr. Pesce was my surgeon!

Surgery
Dr. Pesce is an excellent surgeon. My procedure went well and she provided calm and comfort throughout the process. I came to her for a second opinion and ended up having surgery with her. She was calm, friendly, detailed oriented and willing to go over things multiple time with me. She personally called me to answer questions, which is not very common. She was also very accommodating and helped me get appointments set up herself to make it easier for me to come to Illinois. Very friendly, low drama, focuses on the solution and makes you feel comfortable. Excellent bedside manners. Highly recommend Dr. Pesce.

That’s funny I’m having intermittent bruising... I had an abnormal mammogram And she said she’ll get to the bottom of it. I also had a primary care physician see my bruise and she was super concerned telling me to seek medical help from a hospital immediately...

Dr.Pesce is a great Dr. ,Process for surgery was very fast due to my condition. Glad it was taken care of immediately. Made me feel comfortable to ask any question. Very friendly. Thanks to her I've been pain free ever since.

Dr. Pesce's profile on North Shore's website states that she is interested in all aspects of breast care & welcome any patient with any breast concern. This was not the treatment that I received when I saw her for unexplained breast pain in one & subsequent bruising in both. She denied seeing any discoloration however my husband was there & told her exactly where it was located. Her best advice was for me to get fitted for a good bra at Nordstroms without being aware of my currebt bra quality.

Dr Pesce is a vibrant, highly intelligent and absolute expert in her practice. Her skills in listening to you and ability to share her knowledge in her respnse gave me great comfort and the courage to battle my cancer. Dr. Pesce is with you every step of the way, encouraging and steadfast through the steps taken during cancer treatment. She is my hero and the hope for all women and our health concerns.
