Dr Milligan and her team
Dr. Milligan's 35 years in the medical field are an incredible asset. She is thorough and then has a plan for getting one back to good health as fast as possible. Margaret Hires and Marissa Benge, Nurse Practicians who work with her are excellent. They are a very strong health care team. My family and I feel fortunate that they are our health care team.

Her Ego or mood dictates your level of care The negative reviews are understated the positive are suspect... ~employee Cathlin Milligan is currently referred or is under investigation for abandonment of care by: Blue Shield, Healthetnet, Medicare, Mayor London Breeds office, Governor Gavin Newsom and the Medical Board of California. My GP of 17 years Abandoned my care today. Cathlin Milligan MD refused to authorize and emergency refill of my prescription for migraines I've been on for 19 years. My prescription will run out on the 12th of April. She stated I must in no uncertain terms would not refill it unless I came in the office. I explained I would not. That would be in direct conflict to the State of Emergency. Her response sorry NO refill. I have made a complaint to the Mayors office. SF District Attorneys office. My Heath Insurance, US Government and the California Medical Board. All took the documentation. Each agency was utterly appalled.

I have been under this doctor's care for approximately 2.5 years. I believe that I received substandard care. This doctor focused on her weight loss MD management sales and not my health. In my opinion, care was delayed on certain issues which other doctors who provided a second opinions caught immediately. I am mad at myself that I stayed with this practice this long. Her ineptitude, lack of compassion and attitude toward me as a patient, often rude, aggressive and failing to explore all aspects, is reflective of the staff overall. I have been hung up more than once. There is an overall lack of compassion in this office. I had a particular incident, which has led my to now cease practice with this medical practice. My only regret is that I had not ceased the relationship sooner, when i was made to feel less than human. I relied on prior reviews that said the doctor was cut and dry but competent. I disagree - BAD is fair.

She seems preoccupied with her computerized 10 page computer questionnaire. She does not know the patients pre-existing Conditions and does not care when she finds out. There are also no follow up calls regarding tests conducted and she If extremely difficult to get an appointment with.
