The Best of the Best
I’ve been seeing Dr. He for about 4 years and wouldn’t even consider seeing any other Pain Management Dr. I have chronic lower back pain which includes arthritis, spinal stenosis and I have injections every three months, which controls my pain. I am also not on any prescription pain medication, only an extra strength acetaminophen. I highly recommend Dr. He. Anyone seeing her won’t consider going to anyone else.

Fantastic -- caring and compassionate!
She very patiently took the time to go over my test results and treatment options. My wife and I had several questions and she answered them thoroughly and really was 'present' during our time with her!

Too Busy
Waited 45 minutes for her in the examination room after having another X-ray taken even though they had my MRI. Three alternatives were given. Decided to get injection and given an appointment for a week later. Did not offer any relief of suffering, either therapy or medication, in the meantime. Conclusion: no empathy just wanted to get me on the books for procedure. She’s having to see way too many patients to do her job of caring for her patients.

Dr. He was a pleasant and informative physician. She LISTENED to my back problems and seemed to zero in on what was wrong and what was needed. I felt she would understand any and all of my health/back problems. I appreciated her concerns and patience with me. I never felt rushed. I appreciate someone who has rapport with her patients. Thanks so much. I hope examination room 1 has heat now. We all may need it.

Terrific Doctor
I found Dr. He after years of pain and wasted referrals to other providers. She was able to diagnose my issue in one visit. After a minor procedure I am feeling better. I was nervous and she made me feel relaxed. Her skill is top notch and her bed side manor is the best. She should be your first stop.

Awesome Doctor !

Dr. He made my initial appointment with her well worth the visit. She took time to listen and then explained to me in full detail about each issue I’m dealing with. She assured me that surgery is the very last option and that was definitely music to my ears. She showed an extreme amount of compassion and have an amazing personality. Outstanding doctor
Outstanding experience with Dr. He. After a rotator cuff surgery I have a pinched nerve and some kind of of paresthesia symptoms on my forearm and hand. Dr. He spent significant time with me reviewing the MRI, identifying the areas affected as well as testing my arm, hand and fingers before drawing any conclusions and lining up phases for treatment. Dr. He is a real professional, fully dedicated to the wellbeing of patients and a very pleasant and nice person. Big thumbs up!

Kind, Thoughtful, Professional
Dr. He was friendly and kind when she walked in the door of the examining room and that was true throughout my visit with her. One thing I really appreciated about her was that she would explain what she was about to do before each procedure… so no surprises! She thoroughly explained all necessary follow-up actions are needed, how they will be done, and why they’re needed. I highly recommend her.
