Dr.Riker's assistant/receptionist was extremely rude the three times I called to try to make an appointment and it was only on the third call that she told me 1) Dr.Riker doesn't treat 19-year-olds and 2) The next available appointment was in three months. Such a waste of time and an extremely unprofessional assistant for a doctor I have heard great things about!

Dr Riker was recommended by another doctor. When I attempted to make an appointment, the staff said she wouldn’t see me because I had previously consulted with another doc. This was a surprise, as I had seen her a nimber of years ago. Staff also said that Dr Riker was cutting back on her practice and seeing fewer patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Riker for about 20 years. I moved out of state 12 years ago but continue to return to see her twice a year. In my almost 71 years I have never had a physician even approach her level of care and skill. She is nit just a doctor but a true caring healer.

I had an unpleasant experience with Dr Riker. I arrived in time for my appointment, and the receptionist said the appointment appears to be canceled. I had not been made aware of this. The receptionist asked me to wait while they sorted it out. After waiting for 40 minutes, the nurse told me they have spoken with Dr Riker, but Dr has said she is busy and can not see me. She suggested rescheduling to 4 weeks later. The way the Dr and staff handled their mishap was disrespectful and irresponsible.
