Poor front desk customer service. Very lazy and not interested in providing basic Information on accessing services. Sad, I was really interested in selecting this doctor, but based on the front desk experience, I will continue to look elsewhere.

Dr. O'Dowd is a wonderful primary care physician! She is thoughtful, thorough, and very reassuring. She helped me with all the needed referrals and medical direction in what was a challenging year for me physically. She is responsive/very easy to get in touch and very caring (remembers and asks about my family)! Would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a primary care physician! Provides excellent care.
