Dr. Cedric Lorenzo, MD

Dr. Lorenzo is an very efficient, caring, and knowledgeable surgeon. He made me feel comfortable with my concerns and answered my questions in a manner that I could understand. His assistant, Sharon was also awesome. She was efficient, understanding, and thorough in her guidance due to being on the outer island. The surgery was successful and recovery is almost complete. He continues to have visits by phone to make sure I am doing well and if I had any concerns. I recommend Dr. Lorenzo for my type of surgery.

It was quick and easy. May have been a little busy due to the number of clients, but other than that it was fine.

From scheduling, explaining the preparation, to the day of procedure I felt I was in good hands. Everyone was kind and professional.

They are so kind, caring and empathetic. They treat you like family. Sharon, thank you for always answering my questions no matter how dumb it sounded, your unconditional patience with me, and the laughter we had over the phone. I am also extremely pleased when they took care of my husband too. I wish we had more doctors like Dr Lorenzo and I wish we had more medical staff like his. He is my go to doctor and I’m so glad he is part of my family’s medical team. I highly recommend Dr Cedric Lorenzo and his team.

Staff and Doctors super professional! Kept me well infor.ed of what was going to happen and answered all questions I had. Not the most fun procedure to have done but everyone made it as comfortable as possible.

Please understand this Dr. I was supposed to have surgery on Monday and I came all the way from big island to do my pre surgery consultation and he cancelled my appointment and my surgery without letting me know anything. I flew to Oahu for nothing. It’s sad that Dr. Lorenzo would do something like this. So please make sure you understand his policies. Not even take 2 minutes out of his time to do make a call and save everyone the frustration that came with the situation. Months of preparing for this surgery n no call from the dr or his staff is absolutely unexpected.

Got to tell you Dr Lorenzo was awesome he is so professional but down to earth easy to communicate with and listened as I explained my concerns and answered all my questions. He was upfront transparent in explaining possible complications of the type of surgery I was surgery . Something else I wanted to mention is that those who work with Dr Lorenzo are wonderful, my over all experience was so much better than I expected. Thank You And your staff Dr Lorenzo well done Brah!
