Dr. Celia Quinnonez, MD

It took a long time to see her but she takes a lot of time with you. She had difficult news to deliver to me and I was so in denial. I even walked out of the waiting room. But she finally caught me on the telephone and explained that I needed to come back and that I had a problem.

Dr. Quinnonez did not listen to my questions and she did not address my concerns. Staff complained about other patients holding up 'production' by not waking quick enough after procedure or ride home was late picking up patient. Most have bad attitude and argumentative. Not one of them had an idea about blood work they ordered over a month prior. Unorganized. Avoid if possible!

I waited months for this appointment only to wait an hour and half to be seen when no one else was there. Then I get berated for having an ostomy bag and told repeatedly how I need to have it reversed so I can get my integrity back, not sure what that has to do with something I did not choose and need to live. I made it very clear I’m not interested in a reversal right now. That didn’t matter. I said I had mental health issue since the surgery, she gave me an eye roll and a chuckle. Never again! On the small good side, she did explain a few things to me about the reversal, that I still don’t want, but I guess it’s good to know in case. In closing I left there with a test for the not wanted referral crammed down my throat some more. An appt was made no matter what I said. I also had to ask for my diagnosis for the issue I went there for. I was told over and over again I was there to see about a reversal when I now have a copy of the referral and I was not. I’m disgusted and outraged

Dr. Q is a refreshingly kind and compassionate doctor. I found her to be caring and understanding of my per-cancerous pulips. She is helping me in a very caring manner.
