Dr. Cem Omay, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Omay’s for over 10 years. He’s a compassionate, caring and gifted doctor. He guided me through a difficult pregnancy and put my mind at ease. I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy because of his care. He also performed a successful surgery for me and everything went perfectly including my healing process. He is also one of the few doctors who is very knowledgeable about and advocates hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal and menopausal women. I truly trust his expertise and he’s a wonderful doctor overall.

Dr. Omay is the absolute best OB doctor around. He delivered all 3 of my children & is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, & kind doctor I have ever known. I’m not alone in feeling that way; Dr. Omay has an outstanding reputation in Morris County. Almost every time it comes up with a coworker or friend that Dr. Omay is my doctor, they say something like, “he’s my doctor too! Isn’t he the best?!”. The office staff & medical assistants (Clarinda, Denise, Fonda, & Dawn to name just a few) are always helpful and considerate of your time and needs. With my second pregnancy, I had an insurance issue that made it so I had to request several different documents from the office and they never made me feel like a bother and provided me with what I need to get the claim paid. I am so glad that I found this office & I will continue to be a patient for as long as Dr. Omay is practicing there. There isn’t a person I trust more with my healthcare & that of my babies.

Dr. Omay never rushes you. I've been going there for the past 15 years, and he has not changed. Before doing his exam, he took the time to see how I was and what concerns I had. He explained everything in detail so when he was finished, I felt like I wasn't just a number to him, he truly cared about my well-being as a patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Not only does he have the highest level of professionalism, but he also has a genuinely caring and supportive nature that makes him irreplaceable. I often joke that he and his nurse, Corinda never allowed to retire. Dr. Rothenberg, and all the nurses and staff in the office are wonderful and am so grateful that I took a recommendation over 20 years ago for this practice.

Appointments were easy to make. Staff was very professional and available to answer all my questions. My visit with the doctor was not rushed and time was allowed to answer all my concerns. Also the office was very clean, neat, and organized.
