RUN FAR AWAY!!!My friend went here for a wisdom tooth extraction and ended up having to go to the ER. His bedside manner was TERRIBLE. If you are addressing a concern, he will just walk off. He is VERY RUDE. My friend went back a few days later and asked them to recheck the area he pulled the tooth from and he wanted her to pay $$$. She was prescribed Oxycodone H. for the pain. Now what type of wisdom tooth extraction requires a narcotic?? NONE! normally its acetaminophen and the mouthwash. IDK how this guy is still in business but im def reporting to the BBB. Too many reviews with the SAME ISSUES!! I can only imagine how he treats his employees.

Dr Solano is knowledgeable, kind, staff is great and efficient. He pulled one tooth and did one implant. Not one problem at all and if I need his services again I’ll go back in a second.

The entire visit was very fast and comforting. Dr. Solano was great and answered all of my questions. I got all of the paperwork needed to explain how to care for my wisdom tooth being pulled.

I had all my teeth removed for dentures. It was a little pricey. He kept calling me babe on my follow up appointment. Very strange.

What a scam! I have 2 insurances; I had a tooth removed and the lady at the desk talked me into a bone graft to have a replacement put in told me my insurance covered it but I had to pay 950.00 that day to start the process. go figure 2 months later my insurance sends me a letter of denial and now I'm out 950.00 because I don't have 2k setting around for this. NEVER again.

This was such a scary experience for me. I was in and out of a total reconstruction of my toe in less time, fear, and discomfort than this procedure. They didn’t confirm my appointment or give me instructions before hand. I just needed one wisdom tooth out and no one seemed to understand that despite my drs orders and me repeating myself. I waited hours to be seen, when I finally got called back they seemed confused about whether or not it had already been done. They didn’t weigh me before completely putting me out and the nurse admitted that the pulse ox machine often didn’t work. I woke up alone with the prop syringe still in my arm and when a nurse finally came in, she didn’t say anything to me at all. Post-op instructions were rushed and very different than anything I read online. My mouth is fine now but the experience was so scary. Go somewhere else.

I had a 1:30 appointment and wasn’t seen until after 2:30. Then after being seen, he rushed me through, quickly explained what he was going to do and then came in and pulled the tooth in less than 15 minutes . He didn’t wait for the medicine to take effect to be numb , he went right in and pulled the tooth. he seemed in a rush and arrogant . This was an unpleasant experience , I won’t have him pull another tooth .

45 minute wait after appt was made a week in advance. Said only had one nitrous oxide machine but didn't let me know that until I was about ready to leave. Had been here before and the place was rundown this time. The rugs in lobby were tripping hazards. The fish tank looked like the movie Nemo when it was dirty. Everyone after extraction was talking about how I was going to have an issue with a wisdom tooth behind me, kind of unprofessional. I was kind of unbalanced from nitrous and no one asked to help me out to my car. Wouldn't recommend.

In 20 yrs Dr Solano is always fast & painless. When the local wore off my pain was minimal. I had little bleeding & it was stress-free. He's a kind, skilled, & exceptional surgeon! I've NEVER had a bad experience & won't trust anyone else. I couldn't fathom why he didn't have all STELLAR reviews until I read the majority of low stars were due to long wait times, hurried staff, & an all-business chairside manner. I would wait all day just for the opportunity to get in to see him & could care less if he wants to be social or not - as I'm not there to make friends, but because I need his expertise & skill. So shame on those of you who rated him 1 star when your issue was really with his office's tight schedule, the long wait times, or his busy staff... Because that's like rating someone else's chili recipe you cooked "1 star" when you added your own ingredients & altered the original recipe. When rating, please rate the Dr, not his wait times, etc... because this Dr is a 5 FULL stars!!!

I've been going to Dr Solono for over 20 years now, & I've NEVER had a bad experience & don't trust anyone else. I also don't understand how this man didn't have higher reviews... that is, until I read closer & realized that the majority of those reviews were due to long wait times (so he must be doing something right), hurried staff, & his all-business chairside manner. Well quite frankly, I would be willing to wait all day just for the opportunity to get in to see him; He's that good at what he does, & he should be, he's been at it for decades. Honestly, I could care less if he wants to be social or not, as I'm not there to make friends, I'm there because I need his expertise & skill... & I'm obviously not alone. So shame on you who rated him 1 star when your issue was with his office's tight scheduling, wait times, & rushed staff. He is a 5 star oral surgeon! That's like rating someone elses's chili recipe 1 star when you added your own ingredients which changed the recipe.

Staff is not friendly. Son had to wait an hour after scheduled appointment to be seen…no apology for lateness Not enough seats in waiting room and wasn’t spaced for social distancing. Worst experience at a medical office in years.

I chose to be sedated for a tooth extraction because I have been hurt by a dentist before , when he entered the room he never spoke a word to me , he put the needle in my arm to sedate and apparently numbed my mouth right before he pulled the tooth, I had excruciating pain even though I was sedated , he did not give it time to numb! I will never go back to him and suggest you run to a different doctor

An 11:30 appointment became a 1:30 appointment AFTER we wasted an hour drive to the city for the 11:30 appointment because they overbook with zero regard for your time. This wouldn't be a problem if we all had an infinite amount of time, no other obligations other than dental surgery, an unlimited number of medical leave days off work for these procedures so we could simply reschedule another day if necessary with no limitations, etc. However, since you probably live in reality land if you are reading this, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There's a reason this guy has as many 1 star ratings as all other ratings combined, listen to the people that are trying to warn you!

Upon entering I seen the waiting room was packed, barely standing room only. My appointment was 1:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:30. Scheduling an appointment seems unnecessary because they accept walk-ins and call you back based on the completion order of check in disregarding the appointments first logic.

Dr Solano is the worst dentist I have ever been to!! After the bleeding finally stopped from having the extraction procedure, I looked in the mirror only to be shocked when discovering that Dr Solano not only extracted the bad tooth but also the perfectly healthy tooth behind it!!! And as if that wasn't bad enough, the entire side of my face was severely bruised - so black & blue that I could only determine that he must have used some outdated method of using an instrument to pull my face back against my ear. It looked as though I had been beaten up very badly. And the pain was excruciating! At my own expense, I ended up having to pay for an implant to be put in by another dentist to replace the healthy tooth he extracted in error. His attitude afterwards was that of oh, well those things happen! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brutal, incompetent dentist!

waited 1 1/2 hours in waiting room to be brought to treatment room for another 45 min wait. Got up from chair to text my ride and he walked in and saw me and turned and told assistant "Let me no when she is in the chair" and went on to next patient. I asked for a refund and told him he had some nerve after I waited 2 hours he could not wait 5 sec for me to give my ride a heads up. As soon as I got home the office called apologizing and offering to reschedule procedure at no charge. I said I would think about it and call them back. Then he called and offer procedure at no charge and a box of candy. WHAT, kind of nonsense is that? Never ever will they see my face again.

As always when you have one tooth to be pulled he hits you up for two taking the second out asking for payment. Then he didnt prescribed pain killers after digging the 2 teeth out. He did return my money. But i was on servere pain for days until i got ahold of my MD. I had read on Facebook where people were calling him a butcher. I didnt think it was going to be that bad.

Standoff ish doctor, was talking about me without talking to me, then being fake when he finally talked to me.

Sitting with your sixteen year old baby in the waiting room is stressful! Forty two minutes later, when you are talking to her after surgery, you realize that you picked an incredible oral surgeon!

He is great !!!!!!
