Dr Rocha knew I have kidney failure and did not consult with nephrology to see if colonoscopy preparation was safe. I had not drunk so much fluid since I began dialysis. The end result is that I gained 34 pounds in one week and I cannot breathe or walk

Don’t see her. Rude, unprofessional.
I had a bleeding ulcer, which was a surprise to me. I had an upper endoscopy with her, and also a colonoscopy. At the colonoscopy, at the beginning, I was partially sedated. Before I was asleep, one of Dr Rocha’s “assistants” said something, and, then I felt a finger up my bum, it appeared she was in a hurry. Colonoscopies are an intimate procedure. I felt very violated by this action. I’ve seen Dr Rocha on various occasions, and she’s been rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend her.

Dr. Cezina Rocha and her office are very disorganized! I am still waiting to review some biopsies for barrettes esophagus that were taken 12/21/21.

Mixed feelings. I feel she is excellent at detecting hidden polyps which is extremely important to me. Although when I called for my results, the receptionist gave them to me and said "You had a small highly cancerous polyp that was benign, so come back in 1-2 years." I am still confused. Dr. Rocha was nice to me, but you can tell that her office is not up with the times. Like they don't accept credit card for payment, so I couldn't easily use my FSA-card for the office visit co-payment. The day of my hospital appointment I was called in an hour early because of an open schedule, but then wasn't seen until 2 hours AFTER my original time. I was told to take a nap. The nurses felt bad for me to have to wait so long in the prep area. Maybe all of this is not the doctor's fault.

I would HIGHLY recommend this Doctor. She is one of the main reasons I am still around today. She has my respect and admiration. For the life of me, some of the complaints are so petty. But then again even Jesus couldn't please everybody.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DIRTY OFFICE COMBINED WITH UNPROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN PERSCRIBED MEDICATION CAUSES ISSUES DOES NOT GIVE patient TIME TO EXPLAIN Does not EXPLAIN CONDITION. MAKES YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR A PERSCRIPTION SHE COULD CALL IN WEEKS SOONER. HARD WHEN YOU HAVE ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND CANT LEAVE THE TOILET. NOT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST FOR A PERSON IN NEED, perfect for that hypochondriac who just wants a colonoscopy and some attention ONE STAR IS TO MUCH

This doctor should not be in practice. She is very rude, yells at patients and has a horribly condescending tone 99% of the time. That is until you give it right back, then she changes her tone. Aside from that, the receptionist is very ignorant. No DOCTOR should make demands of their patients nor should they accuse them of purposely doing things or lying. Funny, however that she became enthralled when we mentioned another doctor ( the doctor that reffered us to her). Recommend people stay away.
