A waste of time and money
Dr. Carpenter was the most uncaring, unconcerned, disengaged and disinterested doctor I have ever been to. I am in my 80's. I have been to a lot of doctors, and this is the first time I have ever given one anything but a great review. I have now changed doctors and am getting help with my respiratory problems.

Doctor Carpenter is wonderful. However, the staff in the facility is less than mediocre. Especially a clinical assistant named Vicki. She does not follow up when she says she will get something scheduled. It is up to the patient to continually call her back after she says she will call you back. She doesn't and seems to have an "I don't care" attitude. Dr. Carpenter is wonderful, but much work is needed in training the peripheral staff.
