Back in December 2019 I had a sudden vision problem in one eye. As normal it was the start of a weekend. Doctor took me on short notice and found a detached retina. He got me referred to a specialist and the condition was quickly repaired. Without this I could have lost my precious sight.

I go to Dr. Kauffman for my yearly diabetic eye checks and he has also taken care of me for eye injuries. He always does a great job and his office staff is amazing.

I came to Dr. Kauffman to obtain a second opinion that was suggested by several friends. I found his support staff (Brandi) outstanding and she was very helpful. Once I began with Dr. Kauffman, I found a doctor very skilled, genuinely concerned about my eye, and showed compassion to try and improve my situation. He is my MVP.. I am blessed to be under his care.

I credit his quick action for helping to save my vision. I had a detached retina and a cataract in my right eye. He had me an appointment made with a very well known retina specialist before I left his office. Per the other specialist he had to remove the cataract before the retina could be reattached. He was in constant contact with the other specialist via texting while I was in with him.
