Poor bedside manner
My wife had to go to the ER last night. What was done helped her moderately for a couple of hours but then she woke up to feeling like she was gagging on her own blood and her nose dripping a relatively significant amount of blood despite what had been done for her a couple of hours prior. Feeling like she was going to pass out and continuing to bleed, we decided to return to the ER around 3:30 am because she is on blood thinners for a genetic heart condition.Dr. Roach was condescending and lacked any semblance of genuine warmth and compassion. My wife was scared and I was worried for her but Dr. Roach made her feel like an idiot for returning to the ER. He talked down to her at points and just wanted to get her out of there. His suggestion was to go home and tough it out. He is clearly out of touch with how he makes his patients feel because he put a note in her portal saying they had a good conversation. It was anything but good.
