Initial visit as my new Primary Care Physician, previous one whom I really liked moved out of state. I was a bit apprehensive, but need not to have been. Dr. Scarola was warm, personal, and complete. I am looking forward to having Dr.scarola as my primary care physician.

I really like Dr. Chad Scarola
He makes me feel important when we talk.
I know doctors are busy and he has limited time for each patient, but, I don't get the feeling I'm rushed when I see him for anything. He's efficient, but doesn't give me the impression he's rushing me through.

Dr Scarola and the staff at Kootenai Clinc have always been courteous and helpful to me when I have visited. I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of Dr Scarola. Getting out at all is an ordeal for me, but visiting Kootenai Clinic has always been a good experience, and they have been very helpful to me over the years. I'd recommend them to any and all.
