Couldn’t have wished for a better doctor!
My mother has been so sick and not her self for a few months. We’ve been to numerous doctor with no answers, we felt defeated l. Later on we found out she was stage 5 urgently needing dialysis. Dr. Saad and his staff were so compassionate and helped us step by step with the life changing news ! Dr. Saad was our saving grace! It’s been 2 months and my mom has made a night and day difference. We are so thankful for Dr. saad and his staff.

A doctor who cares!
He took his time with my appointment and even followed up with me after the fact to make sure I was doing okay. His staff is very professional and they have a great facility. I would recommend this doctor to anybody for nephrology.

Best Doctor I’ve Found
Dr.Saad is the best nephrologist that I have found! He and his staff pay attention to detail and took their time to understand every detail to make sure that we had the correct plan of action. The receptionist at the front and the nurse that helped me in the back were really nice and friendly! I would recommend this practice if you’re looking for a doctor that cares about you as a patient.

Horrible, unprofessional - Zero if I could
This was the worst doctor visit I have ever had. I had his first appointment for 1:00. I saw him come thru the waiting room at 1:18 then behind the reception desk on his phone at 1:31. I didn’t get called back until 1:44. My vitals were taken in the exam room and the doctor and another male entered the room. He never introduced himself or the other male just started typing on a laptop. He asked if I had an Epic chart. I told him I did, he entered more info, then turned back to me and asked if I could get my bloodwork on my phone. He apparently needed help to access Epic and sent his assistant to get someone. After he finally got help, he looked at me and asked why I had a strange look on my face. I was shocked. I asked him if he was the doctor and who the other person was. He said he was the doctor and the other person was an intern and he had two appts before me. He never introduced himself or the intern or ever call me by name.
