Workers Comp Insurance Dream Team
I had a fractured back that was verified by a cat-scan and x-ray from a clinic. Despite 2 doctors confirming fracture before I saw him, absent any x-rays or the cat-scan he said it was arthritis and sent me back to work full duty for 6 months. It took workers comp 6 months to replace him. As soon as the next assigned Dr. saw my x-rays and cat scan he said I definitely had a fractured back. Take my advise as soon as you see him as your workers com provider doctor request a replacement. Workers Comp was so excited I got him they said I was fortunate. She literally got mad with me when I said he's horrible doctor to change diagnoses without the x-rays or cat-scan. I knew what he did was disingenuous because he didn't have the x-rays or cat- scan.

Has no bedside manner, is rude, and was dismissive of pain I was having. Do not let workman's comp send you here.

Get a second opinion if sent to Dr. Rogozinski.
I was sent to Dr. Rogozinski by my workers compensation adjuster for a ruptured disk in my spine. He stated that the surgery would involve a 4"- 6" incision on my back and a 6 month recovery would involve me learning how to walk again. He said I would never be able to work in my field of work again. He also diagnosed me with degenerative disk disease, which he selectively cherry picked a snapshot of the MRI I provided. He showed me that my disks were unhealthy because of the black color. When I went for my second opinion at JOI, I was told that I did not have degenerative disk disease and he showed me the video of the MRI clearly showing white healthy disks. He also stated that a microdiscectomy would be the proper procedure. This is typically an outpatient procedure with a 1" incision and back to 100% in 3 months. I believe Dr. Rogozinski would be better suited working at a wood shop or filleting fish for a charter boat captain. Get your second opinion if you are sent here.

As a good medical professional , In good conscious, I could never recommend a cold dark shadow. It’s disappointing to learn that the shenanigans that go on here really occur in American medicine. Check complaint records. Surround yourself with Light. Adjuster payment to him in advance, he met with the Adjuster appointed RN case manager (all chummy and enmeshed) out of the patients presence, the Hippocratic oath is seriously in question. What he says to you is not what he writes in reports

Ignore their obsequious manner, and prepare to go straight to the ER after a visit with these people. Insisted a Fall Risk patient not use her cane, and instead use a stool to access the bed. Despite recent surgery, no consideration shown for possibly ripping something loose (did I mention these are CME and Worker's Comp doctors?) You would think they care enough about their license to use better judgement while obtaining data for their employers, but arrogance wins out here.

My personal opinion of this doctor from my experience visiting him is that he is clearly not qualified to make an unbiased diagnosis for any patient sent to him. I would not recommend him to anyone and in my opinion he should be investigated by some medical association.

This doctor panders to the demands of the insurance, from which he gets his referrals. He flat out lied about my condition to appease the aims of the insurance company. This is a crooked doctor with little to no conscience. Do not see this thief- he is out for money and that is the bottom line!

Rogozinski is an insurance hatchetman who creates problems that never existed prior to your examination. How they maintain their practice I cannot venture a guess. They manipulate in-house xrays to suit the demands of their clients wishes. Please avoid this dishonest person like the plague that he is.

On my initial visit he dug his finger nail into my back to mark where he was giving me an injection. I doubt thats proper procedure. He sent me to therapy knowing that i required surgery and that he could not perform it. He was also very uncooperative. I asked for paperwork that I needed for my job and he refused to give it to me. I told him this medication makes me sleepy and he told me that it doesn't like he knows what I'm feeling. Dont ever go to him!
