Telehealth
The Doctor does not seem to review the charts before she leaves a message in the telehealth app and their office put in a wrong script. I once got a note that my cholesterol is uncontrolled and to make an apptmt. It was not high, I was confused. I made an apptmt and paid the co-pay she stated she thought I was on a statin. I was not. Now, I need a routine check for something but they have put it in as a diagnostic instead. I called, they said they fixed it. I still cannot schedule the routine check because the change did not carry through if they made it all. I have called, hard to get through or get a response or figure out what is wrong.
