Fantastic
I found Dr. Jacobs to be more than professional, her pleasant demeanor, and her concern for my welfare has led me to get care that I would not have otherwise gotten! She took the time to have my necessary test done, and explained exactly what was going on with my health, and what I needed to do to improve it.

"Dr?" Bullying and rude demeanor with me. No patience at all. I didn't get the impression that she was concerned about my current issues ~ only wishing to find new ones.

Bullying and Badgering
First office visit with her and I ended up leaving. She demanded information that I could not give her and proceeded to bully me over trying to obtain what she wanted. She has a very nasty personality and it was reflected in her questions...Ignorant of my issues and didn't listen at all.

Worst mistake
I chose Dr Jacobs after seeing the positive reviews about her office. However, my experience was the exact opposite of what these reviews claimed. Since I started going there last year, her office has constantly bungled and mismanaged my Rx so that I am never able to refill until weeks after I’ve already run out my Rx! They constantly send the wrong Rx to the pharmacy or completely forget to send my Rx at all! This happens every single month and it’s completely infuriating. The staff and the doctor act with total indifference regarding my complaints. I’ve never encountered a doctors office with such little contempt for its patients.

Dr. Jacobs is very attentive, detail-oriented and thorough. She asks pertinent questions, asks about your history and makes helpful suggestions. I never have to wait long for an appointment; I almost always get into the office the same day I request an appointment. Her staff is very friendly and courteous. I get my lab results through the online system, and I could not be happier with the service I receive from her office. They even send a thank you letter for choosing them as a provider.

Scheduling is extremely difficult and direction on what to do and when is not helpful. I dont feel truly cared for at this facility, more like just a number, from support staff. Dr. Jacobs is very kind and helpful but seeing her is a challenge and her support staff makes things extremely difficult. I wish them the best and will look for a new primary facility .

For 3 years after moving home to FL, I searched for a doctor who was knowledgeable, respectful, and treated me like a person. Dr. Jacobs is professional, intelligent, disarming, and seems to know her patients as individuals. Additionally. The office and nursing staff is always courteous and knowledgeable.
