Appointment with Dr. Karen Moore, not Dr. Abney.
My appointment with Dr. Moore today was very good. I don't see Dr. Abney and chose not to see him. I saw his wife while in the waiting room and had an immediate flashback about how she treated me 2 years ago.

Great Dr and great group
I love the way dr. Abney and all his other associates treat you. You are well took care of. They don’t rush you. They get you in if you are sick. Best doctors every. Dr. Abney is my favorite but I love them all. Love Whitney NP too.

Terrible Doctor & Clinic
Worse Clinic in Tuscaloosa. Do not use this doctor or clinic. No not waste your time or money. Do not use Summit. No communication. No experience or professional care. No exam. No care for your health. Medical license should be pulled. Manager Warren has no ability to run the clinic. He will lies right to your face. He is way over his head not even 1% ability to manage this small clinic. They won't send a referral when needed but out of the blue you will get referrals you were not even told about to way below par doctors. Could not see when I had Covid. Would not send a referral and I got a $400 bill out of pocket to see another doctor. Very unknowledgeable doctor on site. Doctor does not even work at Clinic. He works at DCH which shows why DCH is the worst in West Alabama. If you get sick go to Birmingham! Worthless girl working the appointment & referral desk. These people do not care about their patients care or health. Save your money & time and do not use this doctor or clinic

Dr. Abney and all Pinnacle doctors are reliable, always available, know much of our community patients by name, respectful of others and approachable. They are the best doctors that we have and it is shame that DCH did not renew their contract. But good thing is that they see patients at the clinic now. Love all of the doctors!!!
