Dr. Charles Adams III, MD

Very professional doctor who really understood my needs as a patient. He has years of experience as an emergency medicine doctor and it really shows. Grateful for his services.

In my opinion, Dr. Charles Adams did not do his duties an Emergency Room doctor. First of all, his exam was like the wind. He was in and out of the room that quick. You would think that with my vision gone in left eye, that a more complete exam would of been appropriate. Further, the nurse did not ask the required suicide screenings that I discovered that they (nurses) are required to do. I mentioned this to the doctor so he could address it. That went over like a lead balloon. Here is what occurred: 1. Doctor disappeared. 2. Different female and male (assuming nurses) came back into room. 3. Was told to go to Dr. Moore in Sevierville. 4. I was discharged. What was discovered later: 1. My medical records came back forged and falsified as I documented with Sevierville, TN Police and TN Department of Health. 2. To find out later, the ER at LeConte Medical had an ophthalmologist on call. 3. To this date, LeConte /Covenant Health trying to bill for forgery / falsification.
