Dr. Charles Ballard, DO

Dr. Ballard is the best primary care physician that there is. He is more knowledgeable than any other doctor I have ever seen. He gives you his all and truly cares about his patients. I recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Ballard

I have hereditary hypertension and require regular maintenance needs to combat this ailment. Not until i began seeing this doctor did these maintenence meds become hostage in exchange for office visits to collect deductibles.. Even at the risk of extremely high blood pressure notifications. Nice is one thing, but when it comes to good care choose otherwise!

There is absolutely no personal care and Dr. Ballard fails to recall previous conversations. He is a victim of the "get them in and get them out" health care system. Suffering with Asthma my entire life, with familiarity of courses of treatment, medications and long history of when symptoms can become life threatening. Conquering asthmatic symptoms early is critical and was advised by this physician until he became too busy to return calls, front staff blamed back staff for lack of follow through, he severely lacked bedside manner. Urgent care was used to address this incident with better results. Upon calling for a refill for an Albeuterol inhaler refill I was told I needed to be seen. Really? A chronic condition for last 36 yrs., with dx. present in my file! He, and the office, lack common sense, compassion, recall, proper record keeping and will not call you back!

I always have to wait in excess of 30 minutes or longer with an appointment. The billing department for Riverside Medical Clinic endlessly bills me for co-pays that I have already paid. I have spent hours of my time on calls and emailing to try to correct it. They don't care and their billing dept. people are rude.
